About Me

Mary Ann McMillan and James K. Farrell - have been realtors for the last 40 years of combined experience.

They have covered the areas from Hudson to Bergen counties and as far south as Monmouth and Ocean counties.

Mary Ann McMillan born in Jersey City moved to Kearny where she raised and graduated her 6 children. She is a parishioner at Saint Stephens Church that she regularly attends with some of her children still living in the Kearny area.

James K. Farrell born in New York City's Washington Heights area before moving to Rutherford New Jersey where he resides with his family. He graduated from Rutherford High and later earned a degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Psychology. He is a parishioner of Saint Mary's Church in Rutherford.

Mary Ann was awarded the 25 Year anniversary plague by the New Jersey Association of Realtors to cover her years of distinguished service in the real estate field.

We work along side of our clients from contract to closing as we turn the keys over to its new owner said Mary Ann. Our "Goal Is Sold" said Jim Farrell the slogan we both came up during our early days of partnership over 18 years ago.

Mary Ann said that most marriages haven't lasted as long as our partnership. Our success is our customers ALWAYS
come first. We work for our sellers and buyers who are never with out an agent to represent them. We believe that our sellers and buyers should have easy access and instant communication especially now during the summer months said Mcillan & Farrell.

With so many years of real estate experience Mary Ann has become the family realtor as one of her past and many clients commented to her.
