“Tracy had all the attributes I was looking for in a realtor. Punctual, knowledgeable and great work ethic. She listened well and was professional. Being in real estate myself, with first hand knowledge and experience, I was impressed."

“I have had several realtors over the past few years and Tracy is by far the best. She helped my husband and me pick out our first home and contently showed us to what seemed like 100s of houses. She was very knowledgeable and quickly grasped the type of home we were looking for. Tracy also offered her opinion when asked but new when to leave decisions up to the buyer. She made us a priority and always returned any calls and answered all questions immediately. I will recommend Tracy to anyone who is buying or selling a home and if I ever do think about buying again she will be the first phone call I make."

“It is with great pleasure that I write this testimonial regarding Realtor Tracy Warsaw of Farmbrook Realty. Tracy helped my husband and I purchase our first home. She was very attentive and made a genuine effort to understand our needs that we were looking for in a home. When we first began house hunting, she was a big part in helping us find the perfect location and was also very accommodating with our work schedules. Tracy showed us numerous places, but my husband and I had changed our minds about purchasing a new home at that time. We told Tracy that we would wait a year before we started looking again. She completely understood given our situation and the current market conditions, but Tracy continued to follow up with us every few months to see how we were doing. When it was time for us to start looking again, Tracy was there immediately and set up numerous showings and helped us to find our perfect place. Tracy continues to follow up with us every few months to see how we are and has now become not only our realtor, but also our friend.”

“My home did not sell after being on the market for 6 months with another agent. After meeting Tracy, I decided to list my home with her and Farmbrook Realty. Tracy kept me updated every step of the way. I was made aware of how many times my home was shown, the feedback from other agents, and market conditions. In a very tough market, 2 offers were brought in on my home in a relatively quick time. Tracy was aggressive and proved to be an excellent negotiator. Once a contract was signed, Tracy made sure the deal stayed together and we had a very smooth closing. I would recommend Tracy without hesitation to my friends and family.”
